We here at KonaStreet.com strive to provide the highest quality products and premiere customer service. Therefore, if you are not completely satisfied with your products that you ordered from us, you can return them for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. Please read the following guidelines before you contact us so that we can expedite your order quickly.
Product Category Return Guidelines
First of all, each product has a different set of limits on if it can be returned or exchanged. Please locate your product category, and make sure your order follows its guidelines:
Food, Beverage, and Other Consumable Items cannot be returned. This is due to health and safety issues regarding consumable products that we adhere to. If you are not satisfied with your product, call us and we will work something out.
Clothing can be returned within 30 days of purchase date as long as it has not been worn, washed or altered, or they will be returned and no refund credited. If your garment is unsatisfactory and you have not worn, washed or altered it, please refer to the steps below for proper return/exchange.
Initiating A Return
To initiate an exchange or return, please call us and have your receipt, order number, and payment method with you so that we can verify your order. It is best if the person who ordered the product calls, so that we can try to remedy the situation on an order by order basis.
You will then receive an RMA number and further instructions regarding return of funds and shipment of product*.
*Please note, you will be responsible for returning the product to us, and will not receive your funds back if your product is determined unsellable, not within the return guidelines, or never received. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method, and shipping costs are not refundable.
We recommend insured return shipping with signature verification and tracking number so you can keep track of your product.
Returns may take seven to fourteen business days to process and at least one billing
cycle for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
