When will I get my stuff?!
Our shipping department works very hard, every day, to make sure that our products are shipped out on time and to the correct recipient. Orders are shipped out Monday thru Thursday and usually go out one business day after your order is processed and payment is received, but heavy orders may delay a day or two. We will notify you of any delays beyond that.
Each individual item may have different shipping and handling times, so please check each product page for more information on the availability of each item. Also, after placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.
